Dr Rebecca Owen

Rebecca Graduated from Griffith University in 2018 and spent her resident years at Princess Alexandra Hospital. She also worked in Emergency Medicine in Tully Hospital in Far North Queensland. Before medicine she had a long career in Radiation Therapy working all over Australia and in Canada. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Rebecca enjoys all areas of General Practice. She has a particular interest in women’s health, antenatal care and is an accredited provider of shared antenatal care at the Mater and other north side Public Hospitals.

She enjoys sexual health and is a trained s100 prescriber.

When she is not at work she enjoys cooking, eating out, and spending time with her two children.
